Once again, I'm excited to be a guest designer for this week's challenge and would like to thank Lesley for having chosen me as a winner in July giving me this opportunity for today's Challenge #30. Check out the rest of the design team and the beautiful Christmas inspiration.
Here is mine:
I just can't tell you how I adore this paper set: Snow Festival. I'm not even close to using up the pack and already want another one. For the sketch, I decided to flip it and work from there. For this card, I thought and thought to focus on a Christmas card that would be easy to duplicate and so I went for a simple and clean look.
Of course my favorite, Stampin Dimensionals were used under the main square focal point. Hope you enjoy and have fun creating!!
Oh, Mikki, I love your little Christmas birds and I love this DSP! Congratulations on your win and I'm so glad you are Guest Designing with us this week!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your win! Love the little birds... That was a smart idea.
ReplyDeleteHi Mikki,
ReplyDeleteWell aren't you a clever gal to use this paper this way! I love those sweet birds and the colours pop against the white background! Such an adorable card! So happy you could join us as a GD again!
Hugs,
Lesley

ReplyDeleteThis is really cute..I didn't get this paper but I can see how versatile it is! Adorable layout and love the embossing behind the image!
ReplyDeleteMikki, this is so cute! Love how the colors just pop off the clean white background. The pearls are a great touch, too. :)
ReplyDeleteLove all the blinginess of this gorgeous Christmas card Mikki - just LOVE this one!
ReplyDeleteHow adorable those birds are; such a cute card. I'm a sucker for the traditional red and green colors for Christmas.
